- That allows you to keep your photos private and off social media?
- And free or low cost?
I've been using digital make over, but I'd like to take a step up if I can.

There's plenty of good apps for this. But they're all built for sharing. You'll be hard pressed to find an app that does what you want AND respects your privacy.

I'm not very knowledgeable but I know there are lots of apps. FaceApp is a popular one.
