I finally did it this year. I have been out a few times to go shopping and it was great. It was both exciting and scary at the same time. I found that if you go with the mindset of not trying to pass and are (at least showing) that you are not nervous and that your just a woman going out to shop, no one even gives you the time of day. If there are any ladies in Houston that would like to have a "wing woman" for their first time out, just let me know. Going out alone is one thing, going out together to shop or just have coffee, even better.
