I wear panties every day. I have worn them to my dermitology appointments the last two years where I am checked head to toe for skin issues. Nothing was said by the doctor or her medical assistant, even when she lowered my panties to check my genital area. Both times I wore black satin panties with a tiny bow on the front. I have not worn them Toto my regular doctor for my annual physical, yet. I’m not sure what she would say. I have worn them to appointments with her where it has not been likely to expose them. I have traveled around the world with nothing but panties for underwear. Men’s underwear is ugly and uncomfortable.
