One of the very nicest things about dessert time is coffee and cognac! However, before that stage what about my last dessert made for a dinner party?
Homemade brioche ‘slider’ buns warm, split open with a flick of butter, broken waffle cones inside, big scoops of vanilla ice cream, lightly grilled but crispy pancetta laid over the ice cream and a scoop of rhubarb and berry jam to crown!
