I have two black regular bras? I would call them convertible. They can be strapless. I have seven sport bras they are tight but I love the hug feeling and I can wear them with or without forms. I recently ordered a long sleeve dress that looked like a sweater. It was so cute and I love the way it looks on me. I did not notice when I ordered it that it was backless. So now I have ordered two sets of adhesive bras. One set is a lace up. I am looking forward to trying them. I love my forms but I have boobs naturally. They are just a little too firm and wide to look right in a dress.
