At 6’, 170, a women’s large usually works, just depends on the cut. I have worked hard to transform myself from a 215lb hairy guy to a 170lb smooth, somewhat fem body. No questions from anyone, and my SO seems to love me just the way I am now as well. In my profile pic, I am wearing a size 14 White House Black Market dress that just seems to fit me perfectly. It’s nice to really feel like I have always wanted to feel…looking fem wearing a dress made to fit a woman😉
