I’ll go with 1 and 3, but also add # 4, which may have already brought up in the years this thread has been around: stress relief, from being a single male who has to take care of everything from making enough to cover bills, home maintenance, household chores, cooking & dishes, vehicle repair etc. The reward for doing all those things is a few hours of gurl time, when all I have to do is figure out what to wear and then chill out!
