I use the women’s toilet when dressed. I have never had an issue, I go in do my business, wash my hands and leave. I did have one teen girl tell me she liked my dress once while she and I were washing our hands. I said thank you and she smiled and that was it. I don’t go in to carry on conversations, talk a long time or try to interact with others. I don’t do that when in guy mode either. I think if I were dressed as Sandy there would be more of an issue using the male toilet and could see a greater chance of something bad happening.
