That’s the same answer here, apply liner with matching shade as close as possible to your lipstick. Then fill in with lipstick or lip gloss on a wand, finally smooth the two together with a lip brush. The great advantage of a lip liner pencil is you have control of creating your own lip line above your natural lips and giving it a fuller more defined look 👀
