The Netherlands seems like a fun place to dress en femme. I have enjoyed many visits there, but never dressed. I have a good friend I visit every few years, but while he would accept me if I dressed, would also not understand it, so I remain in drab in The Netherlands. Maybe some day.
I don’t know why you are not able to accumulate your own things, but there are many ways to do it, and no doubt many here can offer advice if you give us a bit of background. The obvious thing is to contact the service you used and use their things, or like many such services, they may store your own things for you. I know such services are available here in the US and in England.
