Yummmm, cheeseburger, but must have bacon. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustard. If you want really tasty use bourbon cured bacon. Or try bison burger, a really lean sweat meat. If you want it to bite back add sliced radish. For the fiery advocates add jalapeno and pepper jack cheese, maybe a dash of Louisiana hot sauce.
Ah, so many delightful ways to serve a heart attack.

Cheeseburger my other weakness. In celebration of the day I had two nice big thick ones with everything on it cooked med rare for breakfast . We really should have this day once a month.

Roast the Broccoli in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic. 350 degrees until the florets blacken.
