Just a little note to founder Vanessa, Ambassadors and fellow girls to Thank You for the site, support ,friendship, advice and insights.  In the short time here I have moved from total isolation, shame and guilt to having  supportive friends, no shame, no guilt and cd is just something I do in private. I don’t need to measure myself using someone else’s yardstick.
