Sarah while I’m sure you know the fundamentals so no real advise there but what I have found key is good supportive undergarments. Gaffs kind of work but seem to allow the boys to “roam” a bit. I use full support  panties that are tight and snug that hold things in place after I tuck. If your undergarments aren’t supportive and snug enough things just seem to wander where they want.
