I’m sorry, Jules. I’m sure that’s a great book, but I’m just not in the mood to read something sad right now. I’m looking for something to lift my spirits. I’m not sure what that would be, though.

The Women is a book every woman should read, because while it has tear jerking twists and turns, it is very inspirational. Through this one women’s story it tells the incredible untold story of Army combat nurses in Vietnam.
So when you are up to it, I’d strongly recommend it…👍

Miss Julie, That is a great picture, you look wonderful. As for the book, I have not read it. You and I are of the same “vintage,” did you serve in Vietnam? I missed the “party” by one year, and have the greatest respect for those who served. Heroes all of the highest order in my eyes…. Thanks for the post… Staci…

My male side, my brother, missed the party by a whisker. He was airborne infantry with orders to join the 173 Airborne regiment in Nam. He was home on his thirty days leave before shipping out. At the very end of his leave President Nixon pulled the 173 out because they suffered extreme casualties in two “hamburger hill” operations. He joined them at Ft. Campbell as a platoon Sargent of men 24 hour out of the brush…😢😢😢

Umm, is there a photo mistake here? I don’t see a crossdresser. A beautiful lady with pretty eyes,nails and hair…yes. She must the book’s author. NOooo, on second look, this is Julie!! Perfectly presenting as a woman. Again.💃🏻💋

Honestly, when fully dressed with my butterfly wings flapping furiously I AM the woman you see, a woman in every way except for a few different parts. At least that is how I feel, it’s my soul.
