I purged in a major way two or three times. My wife has packed all my things into garbage bags a few times as well, but I was able to recover everything both times. My most recent purge was my favorite, because I got rid of some cheap things I wasn’t wearing after committing more money to my wardrobe (I have a ridiculous amount of things). I must admit I also love donating items to goodwill that I know other women will wear one day. But in terms of shame purging, I have drawn the line that this is a part of me and that I like to see my friends hanging in my closets even when I am not wearing them.
