Hi Joanne, here’s one suggestion for at least part of your worry.  Covid is still a concern for a lot of people, well at least around where I live in the States.  Wear a mask…a lot. That will cover some of your make-up if you plan on wearing some.  A baseball cap for your head, and a long coat.  Just plan on wearing something like that more often than not, along with wearing just your male-drag clothes underneath. Eventually if anyone is actually glancing out their window ‘accidentally’, they will see the same person they’ve seen before and go back to whatever it was they would claim they were doing.  Good luck!
