Chat not loading

I am having a problem with chat not loading when I am logged in to the site but when I am logged out I can see the chat as a guest. I have tried this on firfox, chrome, and edge and they all do the same for me. I have also tried turning off all ad blocks.

🙁 no still does not work I tried incog mode in chrome and private mode in firfox it still gives me the continuous grey loading screen.

Ok…you mentioned having two devices there…are they on the same network like home wifi?

Yes they are on the same home network but with my phone I have tried with wifi and with cell data and its the same result.

Hi Erin, the chat was down earlier this evening.  You may want to try clearing your cookies / cache / browsing data.  Sometimes stuff in there interferes with how the site works after an update.  If you still can’t get in after that please let us know.  Thanks hon.

I just tried clearing my cache and it did not solve the problem.

Have you tried going in from another device hon?  Which browser were those screenshots from?

Yes I have tried logging in on my laptop and my phone it does the same thing. I took those screen shots using chrome but I have used other browsers and they do the same thing.
