OUT OF THE CLOSET
I wrote this for her of course – She is somebody very special …and, yes, I love her to bits 🙂Resolve at the ready, stilettos are drawn,
Stockings suspendered for dancing til dawn
Hours of prep with the greatest of care
Skin smooth and soft with no trace of a hair
Breast-forms so proudly enshrined in black lace
All hints of manhood concealed with no trace
Make-up is perfect and nails pristine
Necklace and earrings of aquamarine
Little blue dress with a plunge neckline top
Over silky sleek nylons, fresh from the shop
Long golden locks fall in stylish affray
A splash of Chanel is her feminine bouquet
Finally, oh so excited, but shy
She stands at the mirror with a critical eye
Butterflies, caused by a sliver of fear
Minute imperfections seem patently clear
With pride in her purpose – steeling her nerves
Adjusting her posture – checking her curves
Feeling the need that resides at her core
She gathers her courage and steps through the door.
