Prom Last Night

I work at a major sports arena with a convention center. We have had 5 proms already and for a CD that loves fancy gowns it’s been fun.

Last night as I was making my rounds, I saw for the first time,  a young man wearing a blue satin prom gown! He was not wearing a wig or makeup.

I was so happy for him! Not sure what his situation was…but nobody else seemed to care…he was in with the crowd.

My co-worker said he could have been dared or lost a bet…but he looked to comfortable in it…and he knew how to wear it and walk around

I wanted to talk to him but as a supervisor I figured that was not appropriate.

That made my night!
