I did the survey but didn’t leave contact info for follow-up as I am still closeted. Got the code at the end of the survey but unfortunately it expires in a month. They tell you to write it on the receipt and show it next time in the store. In the closet, so not going to keep a Torrid receipt in my wallet for the next time I shop.

Good suggestion. This was my first time in a Torrid not “shopping for my wife” and I was going to need a push to try something on. Went shopping in drab at a Torrid in a northeastern city today that has an open LGTBQ community and is very progressive. It was my first time at this store. Check out the site – thanks! Couldn’t find a link to contact them. But the site mostly had information about last week’s bear weekend in Reykjavik. If I were a gay male I’d definitely be a bear.
