I am a 46 year old father of three, who has struggled with mental health, alcohol and prescription drugs for many years. I have come to realise that much of those behaviours were a literal suppression of my femme side. However I am reawakening to my gender non-conformity, having repressed this for 20 years, Thankfully I now am lucky to have a wife who supports me although Hoping to get any guidance I can to help me navigate through the challenges that life can throw at a girl.
