Interesting topic!  When I am my female-self, I act and look female and completely embrace a female demeanor.  Conversely, as my male-self, I display typical male traits.

That being said, I know of a few girls who are essentially guys in a wig and dress, nothing female about them, except they wear a dress and a wig.  Moreover, their male name seems to stick, even when they have a dress on.  I call them “Butch girls.”
