Ah, Mona, I could say a lot about that gorgeous dress. And others will, no doubt. But let me use this comment to mention something that probably doesn’t get emphasized enough. Your wonderfully feminine shape and physique. Such a perfect vision of womanhood. Even more impressive sitting down in a chair. Lovely waste, gorgeous hips, and great legs! You’ve got it happenin’ girlfriend. The total package.
Thank you, Angela. As much as I’d like to say that the feminine shape has been achieved through diet and exercise, alas this is not the case. In addition of the breast forms, I wear a waist-cincher corset and undershorts with hip and rear padding. I refer to it as my battle armor. It’s one of the reasons I don’t venture out into the heat and humidity where I live – I would succumb to heat stroke within 10 minutes. One thing I have learned is to put the steel-boned cincher on at the last possible moment, especially after I’ve… Read more »
Actually, I can relate perfectly. I pretty much wear the same things you do. They will be the subject of my photo on Friday. There is one difference. When I’m wearing a corset, it doesn’t bother me. And one last thing. I am aware, of course, that you achieve your feminine figure through shape-wear. That knowledge does not diminish my admiration for what you accomplish with it.
Thanks so much, Angela…I’m really enjoying the photos showing your progress, especially today’s photo illustrating the wonders of shapwear.
Yep, I’m with you regarding those floral dresses. So nice.
Thank you, Ginny.
Thanks Jennifer40 – you’re a sweetheart for saying so.
Mona you look lovely as always! The dress is perfect on you.
Thanks so much, MelanieElizabeth.
You are something else slimbo. Such a great presentation
Make that wannabe slimbo. But thanks for the compliment anyway, JB.
Don’t know what it is about floral prints, but I love them, especially on dark backgrounds. Looks lovely on you 🙂
Thanks Brina. This is yet another thrift store dress…there’s a local store that I’ve been visiting as an alternative to Goodwill. Smaller dress selection but a bit more “high end.” They always seem to have several CK dresses on offer, the trick is finding one in my size, which fortunately does happen with some regularity.
