Many men have gynecomastia, which has been known to be caused by the amount of hormones in today’s foods and is one of the main contributing causes.. In the case of teenagers, the puberty process can lead to hormonal imbalances that can lead to breast growth. In older people, age itself, illnesses and medications can also lead to breast enlargement. There are also other reasons for this to happen.
But what to do in situations like this?
Surgery can be expensive, and you may have to wait for some time before it can be done – or depending on the patient’s health, it might not be done at all. To prevent the breasts from swaying and even pain, there are special men’s vests for gynecomastia. I never wore one, but I think it uncomfortable to wear because it has several hooks, despite the fact that it shapes the body in order to “reduce” the breasts.
A very sad and very wrong thing is the bullying practiced against teenagers who have gynecomastia. When he is not “advised” to wear a bra, there are those who presented them with one as a form of humiliation.
Of course, for bra lovers such as me, gynecomastia can even be fun – yes, it’s exciting to naturally fill a bra.
If you want a bra that shapes your breasts to “reduce them,” one exists. We’re familiar with bras that can also make less look like more. If a bra is for breasts, why can’t men who have breasts wear them? Why is this taboo?
If I had gynecomastia, I wouldn’t mind wearing a bra – I find the bra more practical and more beautiful than the male model vests for gynecomastia. It is better to wear a bra than to be in pain or to have to close a lot of hooks.
Besides, I would be much happier to know that I have a beautiful bra under my clothes and not a monotonous vest. And I believe that many men who start wearing a bra might find out they like doing so.
It is important that we accept our body as it is – at least until we can leave it the way we want …
We should not be concerned with what others think about us, although in some settings this is important. Wearing a bra because of gynecomastia cannot be a cause for shame for anyone; not everyone can or wants to have surgery.
I think that stores should be prepared to serve men who wear a bra, especially for gynecomastia. After all, bra is for breasts.
For those who suffer, it isn’t necessary to wear a pink lace-up push-up bra because of gynecomastia. A black bra, with a reducing effect, to “hide” your breasts and keep the bra hidden can help you. And for those of us that enjoy bras you can feel better with a more beautiful bra. After all, taking all the precautions, only you will know that you are wearing it under your clothes.

I do not have gynecomastia. If I did have gynecomastia. Yes I would wear a bra every day. I wear a bra every day as it is even without gynecomastia. I Love wearing my bra’s. I really don’t know the correct answer to the time line. I know it was after my second battle with cancer in 2012. I just more or less thought life is to short to care what others thought. I enjoy wearing a bra and I just started wearing them everyday all day long. I have loving and caring wife and close friends who love me for who I am. As my wife says about my wearing panties and bras. There only cloths. Wear them if it makes you happy.
I have gynecomastia and enjoy having my little a cup breasts. They are too small to require a bra but I can feel them bouncing around when I jog. They also offer a subtle contour under a knit shirt.
When first diagnosed, I initially freaked out and thought about hiding them. Then I had a cathartic moment where I suddenly embraced them and in a broader way embraced my femininity!

I used to hate that I could not have the typical male chest. Then I started thinking about my options (should I get them removed or embrace them as a part of me) and started remembering times I got dressed up and how I felt and then started realising I like my breasts.
Now I just wish they were a little bigger

I’ve had it since my early teens almost 60 years ago. I often wear a bra and love the fact that I can fill the cups naturally. Even though small compared to the rest of me I do not like breast forms and won’t wear them. I think probably due to the nature of the physical demands of my past work they do not sag so I don’t really need a bra for support. No I don’t have gynecomastia, and sometimes wear a bra under my male clothes as a form of underdressing.
At one time I would have been seriously embarrassed by having breasts showing, but now I’ve accepted myself much better I sometimes wish I had some so that I could gather some cleavage together.

I do have gynecomastia, and it was breast development (not long after heart surgery in 2012) which awakened the inner girl in me which had been suppressed all of my adult life. I love my bras, and am never without one, even in guy mode. I often add padding to bring my A-cups up to a B – which I consider adequate for casual Dressing. I do have forms, but only use them when Dressing for more formal occasions.
I feel like a princess when I wear one of my pink bras!
I haven’t been officially diagnosed with Gynecomastia, but I feel I do have it. Growing up I was always teased about having breast and that I should wear a bra. This has continued throughout my life. I always wanted to wear bras more but I’m not ready to explain why I do to everyone. Society says only females should just like skirts. Why should they have all the fun.
We have to do our part and do whatever is possible to break these taboos.

Hi Rachel , i used Pueraria Mirifica and Fenugreek , used Fenugreek longer in tea and caps . It takes a while , me? about 10 mos. to get some build up , i caution you , go by the rec. dose , to much can cause problems . I have also herd about Ovarian Glandular , all can be purchased at Wal Mart , they are the cheapest .I hope i helped you girl . Leslie
I do have gynecomastia and do wear a bra, however, I can only wear one when it will be totally undetectable, per my wife. So, in the winter months, I live in Michigan, it is easy for me. But in the summer I just have to let the girls swing. A while back, my doctor thought I may have breast cancer and sent me for a mammogram, that was an experience.
It is very difficult when they do not accept how we are.
I have mild gynecomastia. I wear a sports bra when I dress. I have had it my whole life. I was teased in school in the locker room even though they were tiny back then. Now I love them. I do not care for forms, prefer to be natural.
Try other bra models, you will like it.
